FAQ’s before Admissions
How often do I see the Physician?
Typically when you first arrive, you will meet with our Medical Physician right away either in person or via telemedicine. During this phase, you see the doctor daily to monitor how well your medication is working for your needs. After the detox phase, a medical doctor will be available weekly and as needed. After detox, a psychiatrist will be available to conduct an initial assessment, and you will also meet your Counselor to create a treatment plan.
What can I bring?
Bring your home medications you usually take at home. Some clothes sufficient for at least a week and comfortable shoes for walking. We also provide some basic toiletries but feel free to bring your personal ones.
Can I bring my own pillows or blankets?
Yes, you can bring your own pillows or blankets as long as they are brand new and still in the package. Personal pillows and blankets are not allowed due to potential bed bugs. We know it’s important for individuals to feel comfortable and sleep well at night.
Can I bring some electronics?
You are allowed to bring electronics that can download music or Spotify for use while working out. As long as it doesn’t record anything, it’s more useful for personal pleasure of listening to music.
